Bag pictured is what you get. Nice bag, i got it because i'm part of a sar team and this has plenty of space to sustain myself. Still have gear to pack away. My only complaint is that there isn't enough molle webbing to attach outside the bag. My 2qt canteen took up all the molle space. Other than that i look to see how well this bag can endure

Seems to be of quite good quality, capacious. One piece of advice is that if you are buying an extra case for a war, do not choose a military camouflage color, as this is dangerous in a war. It is better to choose a solid color.
